CANCELLATIONS POLICY
At Elegantloom, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Please carefully review our cancellation policy for both furniture purchases.
1. Cancellation Timeframes:
Furniture Orders: Cancellations for furniture orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be allowed.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are non-refundable once they have been processed:
- Custom or personalized furniture.
- Clearance or final sale items.
3. Late Cancellations or No-Shows (Furniture Delivery):
- If you need to cancel a furniture delivery appointment, please do so at least within 48 hours in advance.
- If no cancellation notice is provided and delivery is attempted, and refunds will not be issued.
4. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after your cancellation request has been confirmed. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
