1. Cancellation Timeframes:

Furniture Orders: Cancellations for furniture orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be allowed.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are non-refundable once they have been processed:

• Custom or personalized furniture.
• Clearance or final sale items.

3. Late Cancellations or No-Shows (Furniture Delivery):

• If you need to cancel a furniture delivery appointment, please do so at least within 48 hours in advance.
• If no cancellation notice is provided and delivery is attempted, and refunds will not be issued.
  

4. Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after your cancellation request has been confirmed. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
